RETURNS

We happily accept unworn merchandise with hangtag and hygiene liner attached within 5 days of receiving your order. We offer exchange ONLY for all qualifying orders. No Refunds. 

EXCHANGES 

If you are in any way unsatisfied with our products, contact us within 5 days of your delivery in order to exchange.  All returns will be authorized by the Infinity Swimm team before merchandise is sent back. 

To get your return authorized, simply contact us at infinityswimm@gmail.com with a detailed description of what you want to return, your order number and we will get back to you within 48 hrs.

  • Infinity Swimm is not responsible for any loss or damage delivery. However, we will assist in finding your package the best we can. 

  •  Infinity Swimm does not cover any return shipping costs. The return cost shall be incurred at your own expense.

  •  For your protection and in case of any loss or damage, please 
    ensure your return package is both prepaid and insured. 

  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days. 

  • Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days after received.

  • Merchandise must remain in the same condition at which it was received

  • Items marked "Sale" , "Final Sale" or discounted with a promo code are not eligible for Refund or Exchange. No Exceptions.

  • Full priced items are only eligible for exchange.

  • Unworn items must be returned in original packaging- with hygiene liner still attached, Infinity Swimm tags. We can legally refuse to return your items if the hygiene stickers & tags have been removed from the items. If liner is not attached, (due to hygienic reasons), your return will be refused and customer is responsible for return shipping or item will be forfeited. 

  • We “Infinity Swimm’ reserve the right to refuse returns & not honor exchanges on items that have been worn, stained/soiled, laundered or altered in any way. This includes such marks as bodily fluids, deodorant stains & removed/tampered with liners.

  • Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of the exchange processing.

  •  If your choice of exchange is unavailable you will be issued a 
    credit to use within 30 days..

SHIPPING/PROCESSING

Please allow 48 hours for your purchase to be processed. All products will be priority shipped using USPS for all packages within the USA (please allow 3-5 days for your item to be delivered). 

International shipping will be sent using Fedex or UPS (shipping cost may vary). All orders will have a tracking number for your convenience. If your package is lost or stolen we are not responsible but will assist you the best we can. 

*Preorders take 3/4 weeks for delivery. Please allow up to two (2) additional weeks for your pre-order to ship after this suggested date. Once your pre-order has been placed, it can NOT be changed. No exceptions will be made. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Please take note that all in-stock items that are purchased with a pre-ordered item will ship together when the pre-ordered item is ready to ship. If you would like to receive your in-stock items first, you must place two orders; one for in stock items and one for preorder.

SALES

Merchandise marked “Sale” ,"Last Chance "or discounted with a promo code are not eligible for store credit or exchange. No exceptions. No price adjustments. Promotional codes not valid during sale periods.

 

 

PROMOTIONAL CODE

 

Promo codes are only valid for the dates advertised on the website. Please enter the promo code correctly. Only one promo code can be used per transaction unless specified. If a promo code was used for the original purchase. We will apply the same promo code for the exchange items only.
